General Delivery information
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER €45.00
Delivery to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland
We will dispatch your parcel from our warehouse in the Netherlands and in Switzerland on the same day on any order placed before 1 pm. on any weekday.
We use a courier service and their delivery service is for 3-7 days anywhere in Europe with our partner :

Please note we do not process orders over the weekend. Any orders received after 2 pm on a Friday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday). We do not dispatch orders on Public (Bank) Holidays in the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Please make sure you supply us with a mobile number when you order, then, if required, we can give you full tracking information & updates on your order throughout the process.

Cancelling orders and returns
To cancel an order, please call us straight away or email us with your reason why you would like to cancel your order.
We will choose the best courier service to return your order.
If you haven’t received your parcel after 10 days, please contact our Head Office so we can provide tracking information and find out where your parcel is.
Water-to-Go does not accept liability for delayed orders.
By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions stated above.
Refunds and Returns
If you are a Benelux or in Switzerland customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +41 78 609 55 62.
All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost, please include a copy of your order and contact detail stating if you require a refund, exchange or replacement. Water-to-Go strongly advises to use an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
If in the very unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, and when Water-to-Go has verified your claim, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods. E-mail us at email@example.com. We will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods.
